Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 March 2026 · Effective: 18 March 2026 · TVM Breathwork ApS
Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling. By booking a discovery call, enrolling in a programme, or accessing the pilot portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
1Parties and Definitions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between:
- Provider: TVM Breathwork ApS, trading as Air Aviation Academy, a company registered in Denmark ("we", "us", "our")
- Client: the company, organisation, or individual purchasing or enrolling in a programme ("you", "your")
- Pilot: an individual enrolled in the 6A Pilot Performance Programme through a Client
"Programme" means the 6A Pilot Performance Programme, including all online modules, live coaching sessions, resources, and portal access. "Portal" means the online learning platform accessible at airaviationacademy.com/portal.
2The Programme — What Is Included
Each enrolled seat in the 6A Pilot Performance Programme includes:
- 12-week access to the online pilot portal with 36 video modules across 6 pillars
- Access to the resource library (breathwork protocols, sleep guides, nutrition guides, routine templates)
- Access to the scientific research library (60+ peer-reviewed papers)
- Weekly group coaching calls (live via video conference, recorded for async access)
- Private 1:1 coaching calls as specified in the enrolled tier (Solo: 2 calls; Flight Crew: 3 calls; Squadron: 5 calls)
- A Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of all 36 modules
- 30-day post-programme community and email support
Specific deliverables vary by tier (Solo Pilot, Flight Crew, Squadron). The full tier comparison is available at airaviationacademy.com/offer.
3Enrollment and Access
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full (or the first instalment, where a payment plan is agreed in writing). Upon confirmation, pilots receive a welcome email with portal access instructions within 48 hours.
Portal access is personal and non-transferable. Login credentials (magic links) are sent to the pilot's registered email address. Pilots must not share access with third parties.
Portal access remains active for the duration of the programme (12 weeks from the start date) plus any post-programme access period specified in the enrolled tier. After this period, access may be withdrawn without notice.
4Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in EUR or USD as agreed at the time of purchase. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. For B2B purchases within the EU, reverse charge VAT rules apply where the Client is VAT-registered.
Payment is due in full prior to programme commencement unless a written payment plan has been agreed. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments accrue interest at 2% per month under Danish law (Renteloven).
B2B Note: These Terms apply to business-to-business transactions. Consumer withdrawal rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU apply only to individual (non-business) purchasers. Business clients are not entitled to the 14-day statutory withdrawal right.
5Cancellation and Refund Policy
Before programme start (more than 14 days prior): Full refund, minus a 10% administration fee.
Within 14 days of programme start: 50% refund if fewer than 3 modules have been accessed. No refund if 3 or more modules have been accessed.
After 14 days from programme start: No refund. The Client may transfer the enrolled seat to another pilot within the same organisation at no additional charge, subject to 7 days' written notice.
Cancellation of discovery calls: Discovery calls may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time via the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be rescheduled within the same week.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
6Consumer Withdrawal Rights (EU)
If you are an individual consumer (not purchasing on behalf of a business) resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Important: By requesting immediate access to the pilot portal upon purchase, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived once digital content delivery has commenced and you have confirmed this waiver. This is consistent with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise your right of withdrawal (where applicable), contact us at [email protected] before accessing the portal.
7Intellectual Property
All content on the website and in the pilot portal — including the 6A Framework, module videos, written materials, breathwork protocols, audio tracks, research summaries, and the Air Aviation Academy brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of TVM Breathwork ApS and is protected by Danish and EU copyright law.
Enrolled pilots and Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use programme materials for personal professional development during the programme period. This licence does not permit:
- Reproduction, distribution, or resale of any programme content
- Use of the 6A Framework or any programme materials in commercial training products
- Recording of live coaching sessions without prior written consent
- Sharing portal login credentials with non-enrolled individuals
Clients who wish to license breathwork or routine protocols for internal corporate use may enquire about the Squadron tier licence option at [email protected].
8Breatheology Partnership
The founder of Air Aviation Academy is a certified Breatheology instructor. Certain breathwork content in the Altitude pillar is informed by Breatheology methodology. Breatheology® is a registered trademark of Stig Åvall Severinsen / Breatheology ApS. Air Aviation Academy operates as an independent certified instructor and is not an official representative or agent of Breatheology ApS.
9Limitation of Liability
The 6A Pilot Performance Programme is a professional development and performance coaching programme. It is not a medical service, and no content constitutes medical advice. Pilots with health concerns should consult a qualified medical professional before undertaking any fitness, breathwork, or nutrition protocols.
To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, TVM Breathwork ApS's total liability to any Client or Pilot shall not exceed the total fees paid for the programme in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of earnings, loss of licence, or aviation incidents. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By enrolling, you consent to the processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Sensitive data — including medical certificates and health records — is handled exclusively via encrypted Proton Mail ([email protected]) and is never stored on Google's infrastructure.
11Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic, government restrictions, or internet infrastructure failures. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule affected live sessions and extend portal access accordingly.
12Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled Clients by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the programme or portal after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The current version of these Terms is always available at airaviationacademy.com/terms.
13Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, with the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through direct negotiation. Contact us at [email protected].
