The Founder
20+ Years in the Cockpit.
A Lifetime of Learning.
[Founder name to be added] is an experienced international commercial pilot with over two decades of flying across six continents. The 6A Framework was built from personal experience — the hard lessons learned managing performance, health, and longevity in one of the world's most demanding professions.

The Story
From the cockpit to the curriculum
The 6A Framework wasn't designed in a boardroom or a research lab. It was built over 20 years of international flying — tested on long-haul routes, refined through hundreds of layovers, and validated by the simple fact that it works.
[Placeholder — add your personal story here. What made you realise pilots needed this? What was the moment that changed everything? What did you discover about breathwork, sleep, or performance that you wish someone had told you earlier in your career?]
First Officer
Began commercial flying career, quickly recognising the gap between technical training and human performance support for pilots.
Captain
Promoted to Captain on long-haul international routes. Began developing personal performance protocols to manage the demands of irregular schedules, time zones, and sustained high-pressure operations.
The Breathwork Breakthrough
Discovered the transformative power of breathwork as a performance tool — not just for stress management, but for cognitive sharpness, energy regulation, and recovery. This became the foundation of everything.
Building the Framework
Spent years researching, testing, and refining a comprehensive performance system across six domains: breathwork, mindset, sleep, fitness, nutrition, and routine. Tested on routes across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and beyond.
Air Aviation Academy
Launched airaviationacademy.com to bring the 6A Framework to pilots and operators worldwide. The mission: safer flights, longer careers, and pilots who thrive — not just survive.
What We Stand For
The principles behind the programme
Built by a Pilot, for Pilots
Every element of this programme was developed in the cockpit, on layovers, and through real operational experience. Not in a classroom.
Evidence-Based, Practically Delivered
The science is solid. The delivery is practical. No theory for its own sake — only tools that work in real aviation life.
Whole-Person Performance
A pilot's performance is the sum of their breathwork, mindset, sleep, fitness, nutrition, and routine. We address all six — because leaving any one out leaves performance on the table.
Long Careers, Not Short Sprints
The goal isn't peak performance for one flight. It's a 30-year career that ends on your terms — healthy, sharp, and proud.

"My mission is simple: help pilots fly higher, perform longer, and live better — for the benefit of every passenger, every operator, and every family waiting at home."
— Founder, Air Aviation Academy
